Safespring provides the infrastructure on which the databases run. Severalnines provides and manages the database service. Your agreement is with Severalnines and sets out the terms for support and service levels.

Monitoring and backups
Monitor database status and resource-intensive queries in CCX. The service supports backups and recovery, so you can plan how to protect and restore your data.
High availability and scaling
CCX supports automatic fault handling and recovery, as well as adding or removing replicas. Configure the service to suit your database type and availability requirements.
Access and security
Manage database users and permissions in CCX. Firewall features help you control which connections are allowed.

Prices are converted from USD and shown per node per hour, excluding VAT.
